Bianco Bio Frizzante, NV Blend with hand harvested grapesA fresh, very dry white; cloudy like fresh apple juice with bubbles dancing through it. Its floral and zippy, but grounded in a yeasty warmth. Unfiltered, this drinks as an untouched taste of Treviso, in which Albino Arma nis estate has been cared for since the 1600s. Great with white meat and fish, but we recommend crisps and a free afternoon.
